Terms of use, bookings and payments

The descriptions, itineraries, inclusions, exclusions, requirements, dates and prices of each activity or Full Day are shown before you request a booking. A request sent through the website is a pre-booking: the team confirms availability, time slot, final price and payment method before it is considered contracted.

Prices are in Peruvian soles (S/) per person. Do not pay to an account or number other than those confirmed by the agency through its official channels. The website does not collect bank card numbers. If a payment receipt is requested, it is used only to verify the transaction.

Travelers must provide correct details, review the confirmation, meet the requirements of each activity (age, weight, health and footwear) and follow the instructors' directions. The agency will report schedule changes due to weather, river flow or other causes as soon as it knows of them. No clause in these conditions limits the consumer's inalienable rights.

Cancellation, rescheduling and refunds

Activities in Lunahuaná can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the start, and the Full Day from Lima up to 48 hours before departure, unless the written confirmation of your booking states otherwise. Date changes due to weather or unforeseen events are arranged with the agency.

To request a change or cancellation, write to expedicioneslunahuana@gmail.com or WhatsApp +51 955 427 834 with your booking code, date and reason. The agency will reply in writing with the alternatives and, where applicable, the refund. If the agency cannot provide a confirmed service, it will offer rescheduling or a refund according to what was contracted. A claim can be filed at any time through the Complaints Book.

Data and purposes

When you contact us, create an account, request a booking, make a payment or file a claim, we may process your name, ID document, phone, email, activity details, messages and receipts you provide. They are needed to answer inquiries, manage bookings, provide the service, handle claims and meet legal obligations. The newsletter is only sent with your express consent; you can withdraw it by writing to the same email.

Recipients and hosting

The data essential for your activity may be shared with the providers taking part in the confirmed service (for example, transport or wineries). The website is hosted on servers outside Peru and uses third-party resources to display content (fonts and maps). Personal data is never sold.

Retention and protection

We keep the data while it is needed for the service, the claim or the legal periods, and then delete or anonymize it. The site uses HTTPS and role-based access controls. If you notice any misuse, let us know immediately.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, cancellation and objection regarding your data by writing to the email above. You may also go to Peru's National Authority for Personal Data Protection if you believe your rights were not respected.
